GFCF Rich Chocolate No guilt Cake
A really easy healthy healthy cake which tastes good actually requires only about 20 minutes of active attention (the rest of the time the oven is doing the hard work)
The flours used are high in fibre but the consistency of the cake is not heavy at all.
You can reduce the sugar further and replace with honey/more stevia- just dip a finger in the batter and add as per your taste

Ingredients
- Sorghum Flour- 1 cup
- Millet Flour-1 cup
- Sugar -1 cup
- Stevia- tbsp
- Cocoa powder - 2.5 tbsp
- Baking Soda-1 tsp
- Eggs- 5
- coconut oil/Ghee-1.25 cups
Directions
- Preheat oven 180c
- reduce to 150c after 15 min
- Mix dry ingredients except sugar
- mix wet ingredients and sugar with a hand mixer
- Combine wet and dry ingredients in small proportions,
- If it becomes too dry add a little bit of hot water
- Put the batter in a greased cake tin and bake for 40 mins , reduce heat a bit after first 15 mins
- check whether done by inserting knitting needle and looking for residue
- remove cake and cool on wire rack
